Delivery of Your Order
Although things seem to be back to normal we will still be sending all orders either via a recognised UK courier who will require a signature on receipt or recorded delivery to ensure your item reaches you. Unfortunately, a small charge will be levied for this service if your order is below £70.00 (charges listed below).This small charge still makes us cheaper than other competitors, so you don't need to shop around for your fabulous Yankee Candle Items.
The good news is at least you can buy from us in complete confidence knowing your order will arrive.
DELIVERY CHARGES MAINLAND UK
We DO NOT charge delivery for orders over £70.00 delivered to addresses within the UK Mainland and Isle of Wight
For all orders under £70.00 within the UK Mainland and the Isle of Wight a small, nominal charge will be made -
£00.00 - £9.99 = £1.75 postage
£10.00 - £20.00 = £2.50 postage
£20.01 - £69.99 = £3.95 postage
£70.00 and over = FREE COURIER DELIVERY
Postal Charges For the Following Countries apply -
Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands/Channel Islands/Isle of Man
upto £9.99 = £1.75 postage
over £10.00 = £7.95 postage
over £75.00 = FREE COURIER DELIVERY
Eire / Southern Ireland
all orders = £15.00 postage
European Union
all orders = £20.00 postage

For UK Mainland Deliveries we use Royal Mail or a recognised national courier, therefore you may be required to sign for your order.
Our Courier Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday. We can arrange delivery to a work address, or a neighbours address, but please advise us of this when you checkout.
IMPORTANT - If our courier makes two unsuccessful attempts at delivery and you fail to call them to arrange delivery there WILL be a re-delivery charge, ie. £8.00 for outbound charges and a £12.50 'return to sender' charge. This will be deducted from any refunds due.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Yankee UK complies with the Distance Selling Regulations.
To return a product you must comply with the following:
• Inform us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return any product supplied by us.
• Non faulty products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods for a refund of product value only. (Return postage/carrier cost will be at the customers expense). We can arrange collection if necessary, by our carrier for a cost of £8.50, which will be deducted from any refund of non faulty products. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for any returned item and we would respectfully, request that you notify us by email once the return items have been posted.
• Non faulty products returned within 7 days must be in original packaging, unopened and suitable for re-sale.
• Returned goods must have details of customer name, address, telephone number and reason for return enclosed. What we will refund: •Non faulty products - Full sale price charged for product only with a 10% deduction for handling and packaging, subject to the above conditions being met.
•Faulty products - Product exchange,if avaliable, will be offered or a full refund offered including delivery charges,if returned within 30 days of receipt. Yankee UK definition of faulty product is a product with a manufacturing defect.
Your statutory rights will remain unaffected. Before any action is undertaken Yankee UK will keep you,the customer, fully informed. All purchases are made in acceptance of our terms and conditions. Yankee UK cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to postal strikes, an increase in seasonal demands or the carrier company being unable to deliver due to no one being available to sign for an ordered parcel or any other conditions which are outside our control.
