All orders are sent using Royal Mail or our courier service who will require a signature on receipt to ensure your item reaches you.
We DO NOT charge delivery for orders over £10.01 delivered to addresses within the UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
Please be aware delivery to European Countries (outside of the UK and Northern Ireland) can take upto 14 days.
Returns
If you should ever need to return a product to us then please contact us first via email for a returns number so we can trace the item when it arrives.
We will fully refund any faulty items.
Any items returned that are not faulty must be done so in re-saleable condition with all packaging unopened and the products unused. In this instance we will refund the original cost of the item minus our outgoing postage costs and a 10% restocking charge.
